1. Introduction

Welcome to Bash and Bliss Events (BABE). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Definitions

• “Company,” “We,” “Our,” “Us”: Refers to Bash and Bliss Events (BABE).
• “Client,” “You,” “Your”: Refers to the person or entity using our services.
• “Services”: Refers to event planning, decor services, and products offered by BABE.
• “Products”: Refers to physical items purchased or rented from our online store or directly from us.

3. Scope of Services

Bash and Bliss Events offers comprehensive event planning and decor services, including but not limited to theme development, color palette design, venue assessment, floral design, lighting design, rentals, furniture, signage, branding, personalization, and coordination.

3.1 Customization

All services and products offered by BABE can be customized based on the client’s preferences, subject to availability and feasibility. Customization requests must be made in writing and approved by the Company.

3.2 Packages

We offer various packages based on the scope and scale of the event. Each package is detailed on our website and includes specific services and products. Customization of packages is available upon request.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees and Charges

All fees for services and products are outlined in the contract or invoice provided. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, and the balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods as specified on our website. All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.

4.3 Late Payments

Late payments may incur additional charges. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of services, and any payments made will not be refunded.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Client

Cancellations must be made in writing. The non-refundable deposit will be retained by the Company. Additional charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation relative to the event date.

5.2 Cancellation by Company

In rare circumstances, Bash and Bliss Events reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies). In such cases, a full refund will be provided, including the non-refundable deposit.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are not provided for customized products or services once work has commenced. Any refunds for standard products are subject to our return policy (see Section 6).

6. Product Sales and Returns

6.1 Online Store Purchases

Products purchased from our online store are subject to availability. We strive to display accurate descriptions and images; however, variations in color or appearance may occur.

6.2 Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-customized items, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

6.3 Shipping

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified. We are not liable for any delays or damages during transit.

7. Event Execution

7.1 Event Day Responsibilities

Bash and Bliss Events is responsible for the setup, coordination, and execution of the event as outlined in the contract. The client must ensure that the venue is accessible at the agreed-upon time for setup.

7.2 Venue Requirements

The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue meets all requirements for the event, including permits, access, and utilities. Any additional costs incurred due to venue issues will be the client’s responsibility.

7.3 Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate information and approvals promptly. Any delays or changes made by the client may result in additional charges or adjustments to the event timeline.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, images, and text, on our website and products, is the intellectual property of Bash and Bliss Events. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Liability and Indemnification

9.1 Limitation of Liability

Bash and Bliss Events is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services or products in question.

9.2 Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bash and Bliss Events, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's breach of these terms and conditions or negligence.

10. Force Majeure

Bash and Bliss Events is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, and civil disturbances.

11. Amendments

Bash and Bliss Events reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
